What is it like to work with me?

Leadership Mentoring and Support

I work individually with new and experienced leaders who want to improve their skills and mental wellbeing and build better teams. I combine coaching and mentoring with psychological support.

  • Usually 6-8 sessions, including an opening and closing session
  • Typically 1-3 weeks between meetings
  • Each online session takes 50-55 minutes

  • Follow-up: we assess progress and plan next actions if needed.
